We're celebrating a new brand identity.
For more than 10 years, Jacksons Security has worked alongside the Access Hardware Group — combining our long-established local expertise with the Group’s national capability in door hardware, locksmithing and security solutions. Throughout this partnership, the Group has remained fully committed to the Jacksons team, our customers and our role in supporting Tasmania.
As part of Access Hardware’s 50th anniversary milestone, and to strengthen the continued growth of the Group, a new unified brand identity has now been introduced to visually connect all Group brands — including Jacksons Security, API Access & Security and Fenton Doors.
Alongside this, a new group name — Access & Security Co — has been created to clearly identify all brands that operate within our national organisation.
These changes have been designed to help customers and industry partners easily recognise when they are working with a trusted national Group capable of delivering end-to-end solutions across access, door hardware, locksmithing and security under one connected identity.
Even as our identity evolves, one thing remains unchanged: the same Jacksons team, the same expertise, and the same dependable service Tasmanians have relied on for generations.

To reflect the strength of our Group, we’re rolling out a refreshed brand identity that visually connects all our businesses for the first time.
While our look is evolving, all brands within the Group will continue to trade as usual.
Customers can expect the same trusted teams, same service, and same commitment to quality — now presented under a clearer and more cohesive Group identity.

As part of this evolution, the Group has refreshed the visual identity across all brands.
Each brand continues to trade under its existing name — but now shares a consistent, modern and connected identity across signage, vehicles, invoices, digital platforms and more.

In addition to the new branding, the Group has introduced the Access & Security Co name to help clearly connect all brands within our national organisation. You’ll begin to see “Part of Access & Security Co” across our materials — with no change to our company name or the team you work with.

Why has Jackons Security’s branding changed?
Our Group has introduced a connected brand identity to visually align all brands within our national network. This helps customers clearly see that Access Hardware is part of a larger organisation with specialist capability across door hardware, locksmithing, access control and security.
Is Jackons Security changing its name?
No. Jacksons will continue to trade as Jacksons.
Only our visual identity has been refreshed.
What is Access & Security Co?
Access & Security Co is our Group identity — a master-brand name used at a corporate level to describe the collective organisation behind Access Hardware, API Access & Security, Jacksons Security and Fentons Doors.
It is not a trading name and simply helps customers recognise when they are dealing with brands within our national organisation.
Does this change how I work with Jackons Security?
No. Your Access Hardware team, contacts, ordering process and service experience all remain unchanged.
Has ownership changed?
No. Owenerhsip has not changed for Jackons Security or any of the brands - we are all a proudly Australian-owned and family-run business.
There is no change to ownership, management or local operations.
What updates will I see?
Over the coming months, you may notice:
